RIP ATIP

Ken just told me that Atip Ouypron got hit by a car at the intersection of Park and University on Thursday night while riding home from work. He died Saturday morning from head trauma. So shitty, he was just a kid. The first ghost bike in San Diego history was placed in his memory at the site of the accident. Make it the last.
