been a while

i've been running about 20 miles a week and occasionally swimming, dudes. i can't seem to get my ass out of bed for the long runs - however i'm determined to wake up this saturday however painful it might be. work and school are causing me headaches. i have no time with alll my work, alllll my school work, alllllll my random internet/website/myspace browsing, and allllllll the many hours staring at my wall. yet through trial and error, i'm getting better and feeling better. i just need to pick up the pace as far as fundraising is concerned. oh yeah, i'm fucking vegan bro'sef.
